We stand behind everything we sell. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it.
If an item arrives damaged, is faulty, or is materially different from how it was described, you have 7 days from delivery to request a full refund. No questions asked.
We assess every item before it lists, but we’re human. If we missed something, we’ll make it right immediately.
If you change your mind after purchasing, we offer store credit to the value of the item. Return shipping in this case is at your cost, and the item must be returned in the same condition it was sent.
Please get in touch within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange it.
For safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on car seats, sleep surfaces, or soft carriers where there is any concern about structural integrity — regardless of the reason for return. If you have a concern about one of these items, contact us and we will work through it with you directly.
