Shipping & Delivery
We ship throughout New Zealand and offer local pickup from our Auckland store. All orders are packed carefully — this is baby gear, and it matters.
New Zealand delivery
We use tracked courier services for all orders. Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and may vary during peak periods or for rural addresses.

Local pickup — Auckland
If you’re in Auckland, you’re welcome to collect your order in person. Select Local pickup at checkout and we’ll be in touch to arrange a time. There is no charge for pickup.
Pickup is available during store hours. We’ll send a confirmation once your order is ready — please wait for that before heading in.
Large & bulky items
Some items — prams, cots, and other larger pieces — may attract additional freight charges due to their size or weight. Where this applies, it will be shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Order dispatch
Orders placed before 12pm on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm, or over the weekend, are dispatched the following business day.
Once your order has been dispatched you’ll receive a tracking number by email. All shipments are fully tracked.
