We’re based in Mt Wellington, Auckland. Because we spend a lot of our time out sourcing and assessing items, visits are by appointment — that way we can make sure someone is here and ready to give you their full attention.

What to expect
Every item in the store is available to inspect before you commit. Condition grades are accurate, but there’s no substitute for seeing and handling something yourself.
If you’re looking at prams or larger gear, knowing your boot dimensions or doorway widths can help you make the right call on the day.
We know these products well. If you want to know how a pram folds, how a cot assembles, or which car seat fits your car — ask. That’s what the appointment is for.
We’re not a busy shop floor. Appointments are relaxed and unhurried. If you need to come back before deciding, that’s completely fine.
